Our aim first and foremost is to encourage people to remain active, enjoy the outdoors and get fit and stay fit.
Recent studies have shown that physical exercise on a regular basis is going to have benefits later in life. This doesn’t just apply to physical benefits as it’s becoming widely accepted that it also applies to mental health including dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
Due to a change in circumstances, we regret we are now unable to offer our navigational courses to individuals and groups. We hope that this website and Sion’s story can still inspire you and encourage you to keep active and keep busy. We still offer a training pack for purchase.
